October is designated as National Women's Small Business Month to celebrate and recognize the achievements of women entrepreneurs and business ownersIt serves as a time to highlight the impact of women-owned businesses, support them through conscious purchasing and advocacy, and promote resources designed to help them succeed.

Locally, the Pendleton Area Business Association (PABA) and Pendleton Chamber of Commerce offer ongoing support.

The IMPACT Summit in Melbourne, Florida opens the month on October 2, presenting professional growth and networking for women through weVENTURE's dynamic conference.

 

On October 16, New Braunfels, Texas gathers business leaders at the Women's Business Alliance Luncheon for vibrant speed networking and relationship-building at the McKenna Events Center.

 

Redmond, Washington follows on October 18 with the Women's Small Business Expo, featuring expert guidance, a B2B vendor market, and peer connections at the Hilton Garden Inn.

 

Central Florida’s Women's Entrepreneur Expo arrives October 25, spotlighting local women-owned businesses at Orlando’s Second Harvest Food Bank.
